How it Works?
I photograph your event in a natural, unobtrusive way, capturing the atmosphere, the details and the unscripted moments that tell the true story of your day. My style is quiet, observational and documentary led, allowing you and your guests to enjoy the occasion without interruption.
You can book reportage on an ad hoc or fixed-duration basis.
Ad hoc:
First hour £125
Each subsequent hour £75
Booked:
Half day (4 hours) £325
Full day (8 hours) £600
On the day:
I arrive in good time and work discreetly throughout.
I photograph real interactions rather than staged sets, focusing on the natural rhythm of your event.
You are free to enjoy your day while I document what matters most.
After the event:
Your fully edited images are uploaded to a private online gallery. You can download as many JPEG images as you wish. You receive a licence to use each image once in the format supplied, for personal or business use, with no expiry.
Copyright and ownership of all images remain with Bob Holman Photography.
General post-processing is included in all fees (light, contrast, sharpening, white balance and similar adjustments).
An invoice is issued directly after the shoot and payment is due within 7 days.
Additional charges:
Major manipulation or retouching is costed per image and carried out only after discussion. Printing, mounting and framing are bespoke and quoted to your requirements.
Further image licences may be required depending on usage and are quoted per job.
Larger projects may require an assistant, charged at £45 per hour plus travel.
Travel expenses are charged at 50p per mile (to and from the venue). If travel time exceeds one hour, £15 per hour is added for the additional travel period.
For UK and overseas commissions, hotels, flights and other out-of-pocket expenses are charged at cost plus 5 percent, with receipts provided.
