There’s a particular alchemy in seeing the world reduced to light, shape and texture, and that is where my photography feels most alive.

I’m Bob Holman, a Wiltshire-based black and white photographer creating monochrome work shaped by mood, contrast and quiet humour. Colour has its place, but strong light, deep shadows and honest texture define my style.

I shoot portraits, landscapes and street photography with a fine art approach, always seeking drama in everyday scenes. Clients come to me for distinctive black and white photographs, limited editions and one-off prints that feel bold, simple and timeless.

My process is straightforward. I follow the light, work with the weather and let character lead. If you’re drawn to striking monochrome imagery or want a Wiltshire photographer known for composition, detail and a playful edge, you’re in the right place.
